I Irfan Sayed, the founder of Just Travels, have been traveled to many places with parents during childhood, with friends during college days and now with my family.

I noticed travel industry in the year 2015, when I visited Shimla and Manali. Before making my own travel agency I used to travel with very famous and skilled travel operators, and it was never come in my mind that one day the will become my competitors. Those visits made me learn many things of travel industry.

Over the years I have discovered many travel portals and take up some of the basic issues faced by clients while traveling with some of the best and efficient travel operators in India. Lets figure out Some of the issues:

• Very rude and not at all customer friendly. Don’t bother to calling back.

• “Hotel was farm from tour bus left us.

• Very bad tour service and only fooling people
