School / Classes / College has to give list of confirmed students / Teacher to Just Travels before 2 days.
Meeting at school on day of picnic
Just Travels representative will meet you at school and count students and teachers as per the confirmed list.
Travel in luxury bus with experinced driver
All students and Teachers must board the bus as per the agreed time.
At Royal Garden Resort
Once we reach Resorts teachers have to make the que of students and count it again. School has to give exact count of Students and Teachers to avoid excess payment.
Ticket distribution to Students and Teachers
After respective payment to Park, Just Travels representative distribute all entry tickets either directly to teachers or each and every students separately. Students and Teahers have to take care of their tickets throghout the day. Just Travels representative will not be responsible for any misplace.
Swimming Costume
Nylon and lycra clothes are compusory to entered into the pool.
Note: Students and Teachers without swimming costume will not be allowed to enter in pool
Place for Luggage
Their is no need to take lockers to keep students bags in Royal Garden Resort. Although if students and teachers want, they can pay and get the locker.
Our representative will show you the palace at garden area where all the students can put their bags.
Teachers can take 1 locker for students valuables by paying extra.
Entry and assigning lockers / dress changing
Breakfast time - 10 to 11:30 am
Idli, Chutney, Sambar & Veg. Upma.
Lunch time - 1 : 30 pm
Pavbhaji, Chole Puri, Steam Rice, Dalfry, Shrikhand
Evening
Ice cream at the exit gate
Reporting / leaving time - 5 : 30 pm
All students and Teachers need to report to ticket counter and submit all lockers key assigned to them. Its time to leave the park and get back to your respective buses.
